This sunset session includes exterior, evening photographs only. We arrive approximately 30 minutes before sunset. The realtor or homeowner must be available to turn on all interior and exterior lights.

NOTE: If a home is not vacant, we ask that the realtor or homeowners are present during the session. Although we encourage owners to prepare their home to be photographed, we sometimes move additional items to further stage pictures.
